With the Christmas season in full spin I couldn’t resist sharing this twinkling post. I’m not usually the eager festive type, as my friends are well aware of.But this year seems to have that extra magic, I’ve already been shopping for presents and those that follow me on Instagram know I’ve uploaded a fair share of Christmassy moments already.
Chelsea Harbour Design Centre always make sure they have the most stunning decorations and thankfully they didn’t disappoint this year.
We dashed from work and made it just in time for the countdown before Darcey Bussell pinged the lights on.
The twinkling lights suddenly shone from above creating a starry nights sky in the glass domes. The Royal Ballet School danced on stage with Darcy.
Blasted with snow.
Accompanied with festive fizz and a huge mix of industry friends we watched angel
stilt-walkers glide under the stars waving feathers above our heads.
We dipped into Christmas canapés, munched on gingerbread men, pulled star shaped treats off mini Christmas trees and marshmallows from a snowy wall.
After the bubbles worked their magic we headed front of stage to watch the Rat Pack charm the audience with seasonal hits.
We couldn’t resist joining in with their smooth moves.
The best way to spend an evening getting into the party season, bursting with wintery treats and lots of two-stepping dance moves.
Before we departed we were handed shots of hot chocolate splashed with whiskey and shortbread slices to nibble on the way home.
